About us

SCC Builds is a Bobcaygeon-based construction company led by Jeremy Stuart and Erin Crowe serving the Kawartha Lakes region. We act as general contractor on custom homes, timber frame builds, and renovations  coordinating every trade and phase of the project personally. With deep roots in this community and hands-on experience across cottage additions, full custom builds, and structural timber framing, we combine traditional craftsmanship with the practical knowledge of local building conditions, permitting, and conservation requirements.
